When Will We Stand Up?

Well America, I have to ask you, how long are you going to put up with this government? How long are we going to be double, triple and quadruple taxed? How long are we going to let the government sit in our living room and tell us how to live our lives? Home of the free? Show me home of the free. I want to see a single household in America that is free. From the Christians telling us what is morally right to the politicians that take their money to spread their propaganda, America has been lost. There is no freedom anymore. We are nothing more than paid slave labor to keep the "American" machine rolling.

We are losing our basic freedoms as Americans and the 1st Amendment is being threatened in the name of "War on Terror". Our government thinks that people like me, people who object to the way the country is being ran, are spreading propaganda against our country. "During an appearance with his wife Barbara on Fox News last November, George Bush senior slammed Internet bloggers for creating an "adversarial and ugly climate."(1)"

Are they that scared of an American with an opinion that is not on the same page as them? Obviously they are because they feel the internet is a breeding ground for conspiracy theories and terrorism. Maybe the problem is the government wants to keep us dumb. They don't want us to know TRUTH. They want us to believe what they say and never question the real truth.

I refuse to subscribe to this thought process. I refuse to accept black as being just black with no shades of grey. How long are we going to walk around blindfolded to what is really going on in this country.

Will we stand when they regulate what you can watch on T.V. at night?
Will we stand when they tell us what newspaper we have to read?
Will we stand when they raise taxes even higher to fuel their wars?
Will we stand when they knock on your door to take your guns?

When will we stand America?
